first, i had to wait 15 minutes at check-in, then the elevator was broken, and my room keys didn’t even work! as if that wasn't enough, i woudl ve appreciated a complimentary snack or wine to ease the pain. wrinkled sheets were the cherry on top.

The Standard Double Room was decent, with comfy beds and a cozy vibe. I appreciated the kitchenette, full-sized fridge, and ample room for relaxation. Only downside was the lack of coffee maker in the room. Made mornings a bit rough without my coffee fix.
